Resetting the PCM

You can either disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes, or pull the 2 PCM fuses in the front fuse block. (there's a map of the fuses on the underside of the fuse box cover)

I don't know I drove it to the store today and it did not do as bad as yesterday. I came home reset it and the ses light is off and running right. I am sure whatever triggered it will do it again. going to take to autozone.

Everybody should own a code reader nowadays. And the optimum response to a CEL is to read the code, FIX THE UNDERLYING PROBLEM, then reset the light. Doing anything else is like going to the fridge to get a quart of milk, finding it sour, then putting it back on the shelf hoping it will get better on its own by tomorrow! :eek: :no: :crazy:

I generally put it back on the shelf until I have a new carton, but I'm pretty lazy.
