Can anyone tell me how the rubber gasket thing that is on the inside top of the rear tail gate of our '04 TB EXT is suppose to be installed. Ours came lose within a year of getting the TB (2004)and just lays up there. See pictures.

I have made several attempts to 're-attach' it but when I start to close the rear hatch, it wants to push the top plastic outer frame off the glass. What am I doing wrong?
