So my center seat belt would not retract/extract all the way. I went to the local junkyard and picked up the entire seat back for $13 Bucks
This is my first right up so bare with me. I tried to take a pic for each of the steps.
First locate the 5x 18mm nuts located under the bottom of the chair and on the back side under the flap.

Next I removed the seat from the truck. Under the spring loaded flap there are two Baby seat latches. I had to remove these but you might not have to.

Now there are two push clips the hold the upholstery onto the frame. Mine only had one.

Remove the two pins that hold the part where the seat belt goes into the seat. I found it easy to push the center in then pry it out with a flat tip.

On the other side you need to pull the upholstery off the lever to fold the seat down. There is a plastic edge in the shape of an upside down U. I just preyed that out from under. Sorry no pic.
Now carefully pull the upholstery up and off the foam. Next i had to remove the foam padding there are about 4 push clips.

This was as much digging as I needed cause I was only doing repairs to the seat belt. The cloth was attached to the foam by 5 circle clips, they look like they where pressed in so i didn't mess with them.
Next there are 5x 15mm nuts that hold a couple pieces in. Remove those and you will be able to remove a steel stamped piece.

The seat belt retractor is held in by a 18mm nut. The seat belt will come out from the buckle end out the hole where the steel stamped piece was. Wishing I took a pic, but that's all to remove the seat belt. I hope this can be of any help to somebody, you guys have/are a great help to me so im just trying to return the favor
