NEED HELP Rear a.c blockoff kit

Wasn't sure where to post so here we are..
Anyone know what kit off Amazon I can purchase to block off the a.c lines to the rear. I replace the Compressor today along with the dryer and seals. The line on the right side by the chassis has a pin size hole and to much of a pain to fix right now.
Also do I need 2 kits? One for each side or can I just block off the right side where the leak is t.i.a?

Thank you for your reply. my leak is on the passenger side right under the front door. Which would require one kit correct.. but do I also have to block off the driver side also?

Yes, you must block off both sides with one kit. There is one hose per side.
