Power seat movement disengaged

Hey all, a couple of months ago I noticed when I put my keys into the ignition, (I have seat recall) the seat would move forward but would not move up and down (the part you sit on). But I could hear the motors running. So that must mean something is out of place. Has anyone taken the seat out and got any pictures of the linear motion it uses? I thought I would ask before I went ahead with this project.

There's a flexible cable and some gears involved. Never saw any set of good pictures posted in years on the two forums. If you take it apart, you could do everybody a wonderful service if you did a photo survey of the region under there. Good luck!
