power seat bracket

The left side of my drivers seat is floppy. There's a bracket that attaches to a rod across the front of the seat that pivots as the front of the seat is adjusted up and down. This bracket is broken on the rod side, it should go all the way around the rod and is now in two pieces. Looks to be riveted at the front upper pivot point. Didn't think to take a picture, but I will when it's light out again.

I don't see a good way to repair it on first inspection. I could drill out the rivet side but I don't see how to get a new part onto the rod that runs across the front of the seat, if I can find the part. Anyone dealt with this?

Thanks!
