Yes, more pics. Had to recharge my camera for the flash.

image one. game illuminated. fully functional gameplay.

image two.backglass is a 9/10. has pinhole of flaking just above player one score reel on tens position.

image three. cabinet is clean, paint excellent, few scuffs.

image four. playfield is in great condition. very very slight cupping above logic lights inserts. wood has not planked anywhere. all plastics are 10/10.

image five. second generation decagon score reels, player unit in center, credit stepper with wire pulled on de-increment coil to maintain free play.

image six. working total play counter

image seven. lower panel. one of the last reset bank games. everything was bright and clean. Chime tone-box showed melting, anyones guess is why.

image eight. random three rollover switches. three logic lights and four general illumination bulbs. The game is fun and plays very fast and crisp. Because of its excellent condition, I will probably sell or try and trade this one off. I see it as one of the many dime a dozen gottleibs of the era. I can think of many other machines I would rather have. But because of its condition, I had to get it on the spot.

Wow, that looks very clean! Nice score!

Enjoy it! While they don't have quite the "flash and zip" of newer games, there's somethign about hearing the chimes when playing that is pure pinball.

Enjoy!

Great video. Every collection should have at least one Steve Ritchie game. I liked the Williams key holder. Got to have a place to keep keys. I saw alot of custom electrical work. That is super nice to have lots of plugs on hand. Pint glass made me laugh. Every time Weird Al hits these parts it sells out. Moon Patrol. That game kinda changed things. Wasn't it the first to let you continue a game and "buy" the high score?

Thanks

Steve Ritchie is a great designer. His machines are fast and many times unforgiving.

I breezed past the electrical, but we had a sub panel installed just for the basement, Also in the panning shot was the transfer switch that the generator runs if we lose power for long periods of time. Also was the Lutron panel that controls the lighting in the house.

Anyway, I digress.....

Weird Al is absolutely incredible live. His band is amazing, and the costome changes are just beyond anything I have ever seen live. High energy show every time.

I think Moon patrol was one of the first to offer a "continue" feature, but I am not sure.

Picked up another EM. '77 Gottlieb Solar City. I paid about $100 more than I would of liked. Has a few common issues. Player unit in backbox needs cleaning. Twitchy contact on ball return relay. Will take some effort to get everything upto speed. Playfield was in decent shape, only reason why I bought it. Not in any hurry and plan on selling it off once its presentable.

Nice collection for sure! Pinball machines are a timeless passion, nice man cave!!

I miss many of nights at the bowling alley dumping quarters into Asteroids and Defender as well.

I remember when Tank came out, this is starting to give me a real bad itch...lol.

***Correction, wasn't Tank....it was Battlezone.

Diner is a fun game. I like when the characters get upset and start talking smack.

I used to play Battlezone and Red Baron all the time. Atari was at the top of the mountain back in those days.

It is in what I consider amazing condition for a machine from 1987. Not everyone's favorite machine, but I had one before, and I liked it alot.

Some older pics, currently between the bar and the arcade, I don't have enough room in the garage to even play the games lol. (haven't been able to park in there for years)
I don't really do pinball machines.

Spent the weekend at the Allentown Pinfest 2013.

Chris

I was in Austin yesterday and finally played the Stern Ac/Dc machine. Was pretty cool but it was a drain monster at $1 a pop.

I don't like the band, but the pin is great. There was one at the show with a headphone jack installed and the sound was incredible!

Some very cool games and collections going on there. I've got a streetfighter 2 cabnet along with 5-6 different motherboards (double dragon, contra, MK2 etc). I really want to get some more but gotta wait till we get a house so I can have a basement or garage to house them.

Started serious work on Breakshot. I can't believe how filthy this game is. Just got done doing the same thing to Tales of the Arabian Nights, which took me about 3 weeks. Time consuming, but well worth the work.

This is how Arabian Nights came out. I hope Breakshot looks half as good!
