PCMForLess Efan kit got installed and working today!

Yes, it got installed and working this afternoon!

Everything works like a charm!
I'm using the PCMForLess HPTuners MPVI Tune with the Efan patch to control it.

Here are the pics;

Yes, that is rust on a 6 yr old vehicle.....sigh
Now that the mech fan shroud is out of the way, it makes the K&N CAI kit look bad. Too many air flow restrictions.
I might be looking for a better flowing tube again...

i have the same rust spots on my frame on my 07 SS...

and i would say its time to ditch the K&N

As for the K&N, I'm not opposed to doing that.
Have any recommendations? With pics of the tube going into the Throttle Body?
Most of the CAI kits that I search for have the tube covered by that SS cover.

i think PCMforLESS has pix of the tubes going into the TB...

i can take a pic of mine without the cover on.. but the only difference i see, your K&N has that indent in the tube.. where as mine that i have, is just straight tubing... let me just go snap a pic now for you...

this specific CAI is no longer in production.. i got it from a vendor on tbssowners... but you get the idea of how some of them can look...
