P0300 then P0301 codes

Just replaced the ignition coil on cylinder #1 per the P0301 read. The first read P0300 indicated multiple misfire per the tool I borrowed from AdvanceAuto. Then a few minutes later it was P0301. Reading a few prior posts suggests this is not uncommon. Running smooth now but service engine soon light is remaining lit even after a 5-10 minute run up the road. Should I do another read or just give it more time to reset.

I would reset it and see if the CEL turns back on.

Reset on its own. Running fine now.
