Shana7711 Member Joined Nov 29, 2012 Posts 82 Jan 2, 2013 #1 When i tried to turn on my car so i could program my SWI-RC, onstar kept trying to tell me it was ready (i do not subscribe and do not want to) but like a track skipping. how do i disable this!?! I need this for the bose, but not onstar..

You may use this interface even if the vehicle does not have OnStar® but need to interface the Bose® amplifier. Click to expand... So I GUESS this is saying that you can unplug the onstar module (under the right rear seat) and the os2c will still function properly.
