Define "these."

Yellow turn signal lenses? Factory. Running boards? Factory. Rims? I don't think those are factory.

The center cap does have the gmc lettering.

I don't want to say for sure, but I think the ones on my boss' XL look like that. I'll check on Monday, but we'll prolly have an answer by then.

Pretty sure those are OEM Envoy rims. I don't remember the center cap looking like that, but the two different sized spokes look familiar.

The center caps threw me off too...I don't see those often.

There was a thread a while ago that mentioned those wheels. Another member said that he sees a large quantity of those where he was, but the 6 spoke polished wheels were hard to find.

Those 3 on 3 spoke wheels are out there, but uncommon here. Overall, the TB's and Envoys had between 10 and 15 different factory-available wheels.
