I've done hours of reading and what to do next. Do I get a Degreaser and go that route or Just hit it with Self Etching Primer? There is rust but I've sandblasted the daylights out of it. So should I coat it in some Ospho let it sit and then Self Etching primer??
I know what I kinda need to do I just need some opinions.

Throw a coat of Rustoleum or Dupli-color on it and call it good. If the skid is on there for reasons other than looks, it's going to get scratched up again. You then will have to go through the process again, instead of just getting under there and giving it a quick spray.

Painting a skid plate? How quaint. :rotfl:

I just used spray rustoleum. Give two or three coats now. Then as it gets scratched down the line, can just spray right over to clean it all up.
