Hey y'all,

I went onto the GM web site and had a chat with someone in CS. Was able to learn a little more about the '03 TB we're looking to get, AND the rep pointed me to this Owner Center for other technical data.

I went and signed up. Normally I'd never do that sort of thing because my local dealer is full of incompetent service techs, lying service writers, mercenary parts staff, and borderline criminal sales bums. The dealer touched my truck twice for warranty repairs, and the second one of which took three days too long but I got a new fan clutch and water pump out of them.

Good find, though - for somebody with a local dealer they can trust and who wants to get service records on-line. Thanks.

I saw the "GMCustomerSvc" social media flack account logged in at trailvoy the other day. LMAO.

If they ever show up here and try their platitude-filled uselessness, they'll be banned so fast it will make them think they got caught in a spammer-trap.
