Need help to ID Engine part for replacement (Engine Cooling System)

i came across this tube that needs replacing. It is connected to my upper radiator hose. What is this 90* fitting and tube called? Looks straight forward to replace if i could get to lower bolt. It looks like its a thermostat housing from Rockauto but reading info it sounds like that would be mounted down low on the DR side, this is up on the top side of the pass side.
