hii all am new here i wish that somebody can help me to help my friend,he bought a kenwood car stereo with 7 inch screen a used one not new !! so he needs a code for that dvd he asked the previous owner he said i dont know ! called kenwood company they want 250 $$ !!!! how can i help him ?

its the master code you can do nothing without it any idea ?

Seems like its a security feature it looks almost unfixable without physically opeing the unit and wiping the memory. the only thing I dug up was to try KCAR as the code its the most common if its a factory code. Try that and I will keep looking
