Motor mounts blown?

Riding around in my 2011 Silverado with my wife and daughter I notice a shaking while sitting at red lights. After two or three times I mention I can't believe that after 2.5 years the motor mounts are going. Feel that shaking?

My daughter then says, "Oh that's me shaking my foot."

Sigh...
