Update on the Massachusetts Right-to-Repair ballot initiative requiuring access to telematics data that has been held up in courts. Evolution of the auto industry's business models towards more subscription based recurring revenues is only going to make this worse as time goes on.

One of the main reasons I didnt want to own anything newer than a 2005/06. Inbetween black boxes, right to repair, and manufactures making these almost nearly impossible to work on... Just no thanks.
