Here's a good buy you can upgrade to, or just get for the rear. I have them in my map/dome light and 2 in the cargo light.

36 should be as bright as the ones I have. The 'bulbs' I've got have 18 SMTs on each one, and there are two in each light housing, for a total of 36. I still have my reflectors in, which I modified to allow the bulb to be installed.

Got ya I was thinking 36= SPOTLIGHT. Im liking the way this 12 is working, like the way it lights the cabin a good mix. I have 18SMD for the back for the bigger space to illuminate maybe at some point I would go 36 but we'll see.

From outside with 35% tint on the front windows (When I only had 1 12 SMD bulb in the cargo light)

That EXT can double as a ER surgery room! I don't know If I could handle all that lol Im still liking my shadow areas instead of all light.

Havie Make sure to post some pics up when you get them..this mod was too short lol it only took me like 5 minutes so Im thinking or ordering some t10 sockets and making my footwells legit.

Have not arrived yet all I have is the two dome sections. Also it needs to be corrected for the thread its a 24SMD universal on ebay (Not 18) it comes with all adapters needed to put it anywhere in your TB but i ordered the higher count LED for the rear because of the gap it needs to fill instead of illuminating a seat basically.

If you can wait patiently you can have your car LED'ed out for $10 easy probably cheaper actually just ebay Trailblazer LED Dome Light Buyitnow > Price Lowest+Shipping and enjoy but your going to be ordering from japan mine came from Chicago in 2 days but I only still payed $8 for all my dome lights excluding cargo

Use "T10 LED" in the search for map/dome lights, and "festoon LED" for the cargo light (they need to be 39-44mm) or "LED panel" in ebay motors (make sure they include adapters). You can add things like color or # of LEDs you want to narrow the search.

I just replaced my climate control bulbs with LEDs this morning. Love the look of the crisp white, and I like how those panels really light up your interior in the pictures above, but I have to wonder... when is it TOO bright? I turned on my lights this evening, and the LEDs really stand out on the dash, so I'm thinking I need to grab a pack of larger resistors and tone it down a bit.

For those folks who have replaced their dash lights, how closely did you match the intensity of your LEDs to the original bulbs?

Get the cheaper ones and wait for them to come, or get the more expensive ones and get them sooner... Why must I make such hard decisions in my life~!!!!
