Lower or bigger rims? Opinions please

Okay so right now I can get one mod done, I'm thinking either getting lowered (belltech setup) or stay stock height and get 22 black ss replicas? Currently have 20 ss, was leaning towards the 22s but now I'm actually thinking going low instead. Help..

Lowered...cuz if you get the 22's and your not lowered you ll wish you were. If you buy the 22's and stay stock height...yea...jmho
