Largest Spare Tire Size

I googled and Trailvoyed and found nothing. I think the biggest from what I read might be a 31.5" but I'm not sure. I'l planning on running 265/70/17 TreadWright Wardden so a 32" Tire.

Well looking at mine, I would say the largest that I would slide down there would be 265/70R16 because it barely fits in there.

So a 31" Tire..... Did you do any trimming to get it to fit??? I thought I saw that someone On ORTB fit a larger Spare tire. Now I can't find it... I think it might have been in a Build thread. Time to go browsing......

Reason for my asking is tires are next on my list after spacers. I don't have the money for a rear tire carrier, I don't want to strap it to the top and I don't want it in the back of my TB. SO now I'm ina jam......

Ive got my tire sitting in the back of the hatch for the time being, untill i got my tire carrier from MDB Fab
