Jet Performance Modules

Has anyone tried one of these modules on a 4.2L?

JET Performance Products, Import & Domestic Performance, Performance Kits, Fuel Systems, Transmissions

Came across it and know they have a pretty good reputation...as I have heard it anyway...
Does anyone know if it's worth the $$
Any Noticeable improvements?

Waste of money

Jet tricks your computer. A tune reprograms it legitimately.

You can pay me and I will put a cardboard box under your hood and I promise the same gains. Get a Tune it is an actual benefit

JET makes chips
PCM4Less grinds its own cams.

PCM is the real deal.

Pretty much any OBD2 computer will. "Chips" only really worked well on OBD1.5 and older as they were not very smart. They work for a short time on many OBD2 cars but the computer figures them out and will compensate back to close to factory specs. Some chips can just end up causing a check engine and /or limp mode if the pcm hates it enough.

Those chip things are utter wastes of money.

Worthless, useless, POS. Dont bother, you're just pissing $$ away with a Jet chip.

Get a tune from a shop that knows what they're doing with the I6 (very different beast than any V8).
