Iat sensor

I'm trying track down some power loss and was wanting to change out the iat sensor on the intake along with the o2 sensors. Anyone have a factory part number for the iat sensor for the intake tube? 03 envoy 4.2. Also the part number for the cam actuator? Would replacing the cam actuator be good to do? My truck has a little more than 160k. It's been good to me with no failures other than the water pump. Just trying to track down slight vibration and power loss. Thanks

I saw that it isn't compatible with the '03 envoy. I found a few different part numbers for the IAT while doing a google search.
