This can be a Pretty "Fiddly", PITA Nuisance Sort of Task; especially when trying to Salvage the outer OEM Plastic-Pewter Cover... or in some cases... The Chromed Fascia version that is held on with Locking Tabs and some Double Sided Tape segments and then try to install it onto the New "Plain Jane" Black Plastic Replacement Mirror:
