How to bypass a/c lines to rear, plug ?

I have a 2006 trailblazer EXT and the a/c line is leaking R134a and i want to bypass these lines. Does anyone know how to do this or have any other ideas dealership said 1,500 to change lines and that's not an option for me they said they have to lift the body off the frame to do this I am out of ideas.
