How are the tires worn? Around here, used but good condition stock type rims are around $200-300 unless they're 20" or something special. I would expect to pay that plus the value of the tires, which could range based on wear and brand/model from 0 if they're worn out to about 600 if they're basically new high end tires. $450 is pretty reasonable if the tires are in decent shape. GLWS!

Don't do it....I know you just bought a set of sweet shoes but I like the idea of a dedicated set of winter tires. That being said you're in NC so that's a tough call.....not an overly snow-making state.

$450 sounds good to me also.

Are they 16s or 17s?

I paid $200 for a set of 4 17" TB LTZ rims 3 years ago, no tires/lug nuts, but with center caps. If the tires are in good shape (50%+ tread), then $400-500 seems reasonable. Just remember there are a lot of guys selling TBSS 20" rims + centercaps for $500, sometimes you can find a set for $600 with good tires.

The tires are almost done, maybe 6-12 months left on em. Im not planning on charging for the wheels cuz they are so worn, so really just the rims/caps/lugs . Also, are there any household products i can use to polish them? i dont want expensive stuff lol

Can you get a close up of the tires? Maybe stick a penny in the tread to show depth.

They'll sell, you mention before how to clean em up? Quick wipe down car wash soap n water, quick coat of any clear coat car wax n quick buff, just a quick job will make em look real shiney. I'd even put tire shine on the rubber so they look real nice too, anyone who calls to see them won't wanna walk away when they do see them. I bet you'd get at least $400. GLWS.

well right now the plan is (crossed fingers) to trade them, plus $250, for a pioneer F900BT, in dash nav/bluetooth/ipod. this should go down either tomorrow or tuesday
