I had the same problem but only the passenger side. From my posting on the OS of almost a year ago.

Broken Adjustment Screw

Well I figured out why my passenger headlight would never align. I turned the torx screw and it wouldn't adjust. The adjustment screw is broken.

Now I'm thinking,
- Can the adjustment screw be turned with pliers alone?
- Can I get another adjustment screw?
- Check the junkyard for a used headlight assembly?
- eBay?

I just quickly snapped this from my cell, tonight.

regulator1175 replied and I followed his suggestion, twist-ties.

I'm still using this fix.

Do you have the electric headlight adjustment option? I've read about that in the shop manual, but it's not allowed in the US, so nobody here would have much experience with it.
