November 18th, 2011 was the date of the behind-the-scenes launch (site creation, staff setup) and the site opened to members on the following day.

I'm glad it worked out like it did. While revenue hasn't been abundant enough to move forward with some of the things we've had in mind, rest assured that 100% of premium membership and ad revenue has supported this site from day one. We do share a server with another large site, but there are benefits to that... half a hosting bill on high performance hardware. We're in the process of securing our next year of hosting and license costs, but we hope to see higher revenue this coming year to move forward with community improvements.

We are thankful for the staff and members that made this transition successful.
