General Motors is considering a tie-up with Isuzu to develop a new pickup truck model, the Detroit-based automaker confirmed on Wednesday.

GM officially inked a memorandum of understanding with Isuzu earlier today, but the automaker is keeping details of the pact a secret, including potential timing.
