Just a heads up for anyone who uses the online GM Service Information - I updated to the latest version of Java (jre7u55) and afterward, the GM SI wouldn't load. I've done the standard Java updates numerous times since installing the GM SI and never had a problem until now. I couldn't get the older version of Java back.
I'm not a computer guy by any means, so I ended up having to do a full uninstall/reinstall to get it working again. There is one Java runtime thingy on the install disc that is necessary for the SI to function. I don't know if the latest Java update caused that particular thingy to lose its functionality but whatever it did will cause an error message when you try to log in.
Anyway, hope this helps someone else because there isn't much information out there on this.
