Sorry if this has been posted already...

I have a 2002 TB - 4.2L, I6

Advance Auto sells two fuel filters for our trucks:

Driveworks Fuel Filter Part No. DW-55577 $16.99
Purolator Fuel Filter Part No. F55577 $17.99

I buy the Driveworks, to save a buck. Doh!
The Driveworks will not fit in the plastic cradle that houses our fuel filters. (at least not in mine)
Had to go back (in another car) to swap it.

Just a heads up!!!

Welcome!

I think I've read about this before, but the mounting should be no problem if you just use Zipties. Easier to deal with and more salt resistant if you live in one of those evil states.

Yep, you're right. I could have made the other one work. Would've saved time I guess. I hate it when they sell stuff as "exact fit" when it isn't though. I told the kid they should take it off the exact fit list and he said "can't do it. that comes from corporate". Oh well.

Now I just gotta get these lower control arm brackets in...
