Has anyone ever replaced a plastic OEM fan blade because of "out of balance" issues?

I just replaced a water pump & fan clutch & tensioner & belt & idler pulley- I am still hearing an occasional ( sounds like metal) ping-

only at startup---

mine seems to wobble just slightly- at idle--- motor seems smooth otherwise

Seems like DORMAN wouldn't mfg. them if they weren't really an issue for the 4.2

Try squirting some water on the belt where it goes over a pulley. See if the "ping" goes away. It will on my 03. I'm thinking the belt may have a slight amount of "stick-tion" and as it passes over the pulley and causes a ping as it separates. Otherwise I'm open to other theories. Mine sounds like one of the idler or tensioner pulleys is bing tapped with a small hammer.
