Factory OEM NAV Random Shut down?!?!

I posted this on the OS, and also on TBSS about the factory OEM NAV system shutting off at random. It may work for an entire day, or it may work for 10 minutes. Truck is running normal, voltage is normal, then with no warning the radio just shuts off. The radio will come back on when you cycle the ignition off and back on.

Now for the newest gremlin, the radio sometimes will not shut off when you open the door after the ignition is turned off and youexit the vehicle......sometimes it stays on.

I changed the ignition switch, and changed the battery (which was slowly dying) Short of tearing into the dash and probing the wiring with my meter......does anyone have any thoughts???? Has anyone else had this happen???

Do the power windows behave the same as the radio?

Only the Radio....everything in the entire vehicle works correctly

Assuming the clock resets when the battery is disconnected like with the base model radio, does the clock reset whenever it shuts itself off?
