Anyone know the front brake caliper bracket part numbers? I am ordering a new CV axle and while I'm ordering from rockauto I was just going to order the front brackets so I can use the bigger EXT brakes in the front.

Anyone have luck with the part numbers? Rock auto only shows one part number but doesn't say it's for a SWB OR LWB truck. I also tried napa and they couldn't help either, their parts catalog doesn't show a difference in the brackets or loaded calipers.

Maybe in 2006 they stopped making the EXT. This info if for MY 2003 EXT
Cardone FL 129" base 141159
Cardone FR 129" base 141161
I do not know if this will fit your's I think the rotors are also different. You can check 2005 and see if 129" wheel base is shown.
Goodluck.

02-05 have two part numbers for L &R which says for the 129" wheel base, then the 113" have 2 other part numbers.

Then 06-09 have one part number for the V8 that's for left and right, which is different than the SWB part number.

14-1143 (5.3L and 6.0L)L&R

14-1144 (4.2L ) L&R

I'm fairly certain the 6.0 uses a different caliper bracket than the LWB models, the mounting points are the same as the LWB but the opening is slightly different to accommodate the larger iron caliper. I remember looking at this at AutoZone and the SS caliper wouldn't fit inside the bracket I had.
