Will be changing out my 13 year old filter with 50k miles tomorrow. Ended up going with a Wix 33129. Should I expect to get a little better gas mileage? I'm currently getting 17-18 mpg freeway @ 65-75 mph.

Don't expect any differences in gas mileage. It didn't change my mileage on any vehicle I have ever owned either. The engine still needs the correct fuel to oxygen mix to run properly, but maybe the fuel pump doesn't have to work quite so hard to push the fuel to the injectors.

That makes sense. I figured it's time to replace it either way.

Fuel Filter Update. Installed this morning. Easy Peezy. Took out for a test drive. No leaks.
I feel it is actually running smoother. Especially at idle and just off of idle. Smoooooth!

At least I have a baseline for maintenance now.
