Dash speakers ?

I noticed a few months ago i have empty speaker holes on the top of the dash towards the windshield.

Does anyone know what size the holes are? i want to put speakers in there for my VHF UHF ham radio.

If i could get two more in the dash i would have quadro mono surroundsound :thumbup:

There's a blank plate in there, so you can use that as a template to cut a mounting board out of some wood (or try to cut your speaker hole in it directly) A number of people have done this, May03LT did a write up on it.

As for size, the upgraded radio that used those speakers have 3.5" in them.
