I have been using these same style Sears ratchets for as long as I can remember. The last set I bought on sale as a spare was USA made dated coded year 2000. Ones before (that I still use) I can not even remember when purchased. I am guessing late 80's to early 90's.

Thought of Chinese made makes me cringe a little bit.
