Chevy uplander springs in rear?

I was trying to research lowering my tb and came across this on the old site. I'm looking to lower the rear 2" to get level. And some members had used the uplanders to achieve this. Has anyone else seen this or tried it? If so what's your take on it. Thanks in advance!

No idea, but sounds interesting. I'd imagine the Uplander weighs about the same as a 360, so if they physically fit they might work. Those springs probably won't be a very stiff ride though.

+1 I can't imagine them being very beefy springs and might give you some problems in that department

You may want to have a look at these parts from Tony @ SSOwners. These could be an option for you. One point, as you'll see in the springs' add, if you use shorter springs, but stock shocks, you could have the springs fall out if you lift the rear of the vehicle so the tires come off the ground.
