C V Shaft Install ?

Got the disconnect rebuilt and installed.Had to replace Outer Gear, $130.00 from the from the local Stealer. Wow! My question is, when replacing the new Cardone shaft did I read somewhere that the boot clamps should be replaced with the screw type clamps?

It's just about mandatory if you're lifted or lowered. If not, the Cardone clamps seem to work fine.

Roadie should I replace both the smaller clamp as well as the larger? Yes it is lifted with Marks set up. Thanks for your time.
