Bumper and headlight

After replacing some bulbs I realized again that I hate how our headlights and bumper is placed. Try to do something the headlight ends up making marks on the bumper. And one can recommend me a way to get rid of the marks? Such as swirls, and just scratches that aren't deep and only visible
