Went thru Onlinetires.com and got some more Kumho KL51 all season tires. They seemed to hold up pretty good so I got another set. I was gonna go thru tirebuyer.com since they do free shipping but they kinda trick you at the last second right before you buy them by adding in tax. That broke the deal and went thru onlinetires and saved $25 in taxes.

I have my local shop do them. Buying the tires online and having the local shop do them is still cheaper than buying from them directly.

My place charges $12 per tire for a mount and balance. I think the last time i got a set of tires buying online and having the local place install i saved like $40-50.

I call bullshit. It is cheaper for me to get them done in my little hometown than Indy.

I bet those prices are per set not per tire...

I like the tires in using now. I use to have Michelin LTX MS and they were awesome wearing quiet tires. Now I run TOYO PROXES ST2 (255-55-18) 109V in the summer, and TOYO OPEN COUNTRY GO2 PLUS (245-65-17) 107S in the winter on winter rims. I definetly would buy these again...

My 2nd tire came today so i thought maybe having Sears Auto or a RayBen tire mount and balance it if i bring them the TB wheel. Sears wants $25 and Rayben wants $20. The place i ususally go to only charges $11 to mount and balance. GUess i'll wait till tuesday when i go back to work. crazy when it only takes like 5 mins.

Thanks for being honest about your mistake. $12.50-20.00 a tire is right in line w all others posted.
