If the battery was just charged and it is still weak green then it might need to be replaced because it is low on water. How old is the battery?

meerschm Member Aug 26, 2012 1,079 Feb 3, 2013 #3 I think he means that the dashboard instrument cluster Battery Charging system indicator (which looks like a battery) is illuminated. View attachment 26152 could be the instrument cluster circuit board has some contamination allowing sneak connections, or the board is going bad, or it could be the ignition switch not fully turning off the circuit. should be a test to perform to start troubleshooting.
