Last month I was having problems with fuse #28 blowing. It was intermittent. It would run for a while then blow the fuse stopping me dead in my tracks. Not a very comforting feeling. Chevy/GMC dealer had it for two days and couldn't find anything wrong with it. It had stopped blowing the fuse for a couple of days. Then it started blowing the fuse again. Took it to a vehicle electrical specialist and after having it for three days all he could tell me was that he thought it was a bad coil pack but couldn't tell me which one. All the time I had the problem, it never once stored a code.

With a leap of faith I replaced ALL 6 coil packs. 500 miles on it since then and it's running better than ever. Hasn't blown anymore fuses. I'm figuring (knock wood) it's fixed. Hope this bit of information helps someone else out down the road if they suffer the same problem. c good
