Well...Of course it HAD to Happen that Amazon would likewise Jump on the Generative AI Bandwagon with their own PITA "Assistant" even more distracting and intrusive than ELEKSA (or WETF they usually call *IT*) with a NEW Nagging POP-UP Rectangle ...Asking a whole raft of irritating questions and basically being a nuisance while trying to interfere with everyone else's OWN ideas of "How To Search for What THEY want to Order or Browse While On Line at Amazon."

Read the Complaints via a Google Search or Two along the lines of, "WTF ...is a RUFUS?" and "How can I get RID of RUFUS?" and Watch the Fur Flying in ANGER at this NOT being a Feature that you can either Disable or get RID of...AND... It looks like they might even wind up adding in a "Charge for this Service" for its use as well! God's Holy Trousers... WHAT NEXT?

needed something to replace my Old Handle Bar Pruning Shears

A couple months ago, maybe more, I acquired a Ryobi cordless pruners. I had issues with their thermal protection system and twice returned/exchanged the item. However, when they work they are quite the labor & time saver!

I do wonder how many fingers have been lost to these devices. There is no second chance here, one mistake and that digit is on the ground.

It really is scary to watch just how casual the VOPs (Video Original Posters) behave when slinging the Damned Things around like that. My guess is that in order to prompt the Jaws to Close...there are TWO Micro-switches that have to be depressed simultaneously (One in the Grip and One as The Index Finger Switch) that finally activates closure.

One thing is for Damned Sure... Once that Brush-less Motor activates... Whatever it is that just happens to be in between the Blade and the Anvil... is coming RTF OFF. This Tool is definitely Not something that should be left around for Kids to Play around with...

In my youth I was a "Tree Man". Long before they all called themselves "arborists" and the like. It was just about the dawn of the really lightweight small chainsaws. Equally dangerous. In the right, skilled hands these tools are great. In the wrong hands though,,, yikes.

As a "Photo Phollow-Up..." We've all had to contend with using Long Handled Loppers -Pruners to first work our way through Rough Brush to get close enough to the bottom of those branches and make our initial cuts and then spend a great deal of time and energy repeating this exercise enough times to reduce those branches into manageable sizes and get rid of them. NOT with the Use of THIS Tool:

You can easily and very quickly work your way from the OUTSIDE --> IN ... and not have to expend even a --fraction-- of the Time, Energy and Discomfort of being Poked in the Eyes with Branch Stems this task usually entails.

Take for example the Tree Stem Segments depicted below; the seeds of a Japanese Elm Tree coming from a Neighbor's Yard that traveled over our way and managed to gain a Toe-Hold on the edges of my Drive and Paved concrete Walk-Up and become a nuisance to either pull out (impossible, even when small) or easily remove.

THIS Tool wasted these VERY HARD WOOD Stems with smooth, quick and CLEAN CUTS ...like they were MADE FROM NOTHING!
