Air filter question

I have the k&n air intake kit before I purchased my AEM prodry filter I used the k&n filter and because it was loud I would use the oem black cover thing over the k&n filter it bolts to the water tank thing. Anyways my aem filter is the longer model 9" ?? I think what size aem filter do I need to purchase thats standard so I can use the cover? Its just way too loud for me and my fiancée.

Does it use a hose clamp on the end? I'm not using the stock pipe....

Using that but removing the heat shield and putting the cover back on over the air filter

If the pipe you're using is not original, then I really don't know. You asked "what size aem filter do I need to purchase thats standard".

The one I listed is the standard one to replace the original. Go on the AEM website and look at the specs.
