a/c, actuator problems

I have an 03 envoy. The recirculate button lights up but does nothing. While the blower is off and the button is lit, fresh air still comes in. Also to be blowing a little harder out of the passenger side. I pulled the fuses, I cleaned the throttle body out. I'm also replacing the condenser cuz its leaking. Any idea what I can do to fix this? What actuators if any do I need to replace? Thanks!*

Take a look about 9 posts down and you'll see "AC Question" from July 6th. Follow the thread down to where Roadie has posted a diagram of the HVAC system. On it will be a "recirculation" actuator. That should be your problem. HTH c good
