Couple Tips/Ideas
On your rear diff. 1. Make sure your fill plug is removable before draining lol , Drop the cover if you have not before its more work but imho its good to investigate while you can, and have a fluid pump.

Theres a guy on here storm surge that did an awesome job stripping down and refinishing his SS rims hopefully he can chime in.

Couple of issues with your list.

1. you dont have cabin air filter
2. you dont have spark plug wires.
3. make sure you can remove the fill plugs before you remove the drain plugs.

other then that, it looks like a good list

I didn't have a cabin air filter either but with a little judice cutting and an hour so, I now have one. If you would like to add this feature to your truck and I will add part numbers and suggestions.

I also found the noise i have been looking for thought it was in the differential, but found it in the emergency break shoes

All in all it was a good few days, and i notice a big difference in performance and mpg
Going to attempt the tranny flush still just need to get the cooler line off, if anyone has any ideas as to how to do it, please dont be shy

Thanks Dak

Hmmm, mine came off with no resistance. Did you remember to take the clip off that is there first? You can use bird beak pliers to get it off. I think it's on the black plastic ring... I can't remember :frown: But there is a clip. Then pull outward on the line.

Also, you could add and silverado cabin air filters to the Envoy. There is a How To article and video on doing that.

As I remember, the line just rests atop that nut. Then the clip holds it in place. The end of the cooler line is round and smooth. Try some pbblaster.
