A chunk broke off the fan at about 60 mph. Took out the fan, clutch and radiator. At least I have something to hang on my garage wall, which is nice.

I can’t see how road debris could be the cause. One blade had a clean hole where a piece of plastic about the size of half a playing card used to be. The rest of the carnage shows irregular tearing and gouging.

I had one once that was cracking on the blade. Got rid of it presto. It was also a black one. Those might have a defect or something. The white one on my old 02 lasted it's whole life.

I feel like it would be hard for road debris to get to the fan. Possible but pretty hard.

Off topic but your avatar is spot on with the title lol

I was just going to hang it, but I like the clock idea.
