Got into my 2002 TB and noticed that the 4wd switch had no lights. So pulled the #8 fuse for 30 secs, turned the switch all the way to the right. The only thing that happen was the service 4wd light on dash came on, and still no lights. So does this mean in need to find a 03 tccm?? Thanks for the input

2003+ TCCM, yes. You've been absorbing.

Just make sure it's not from one of the more rare NP126 AWD vehicles.

So this morning got in! The service 4wd light was on in the dash, then the 2wd and 4high light both came on and truck was in 4wd by itself. Did that about 4 times so I took out the #8 fuse. Will this leave it in 2wd. Also does this say that the tccm is for sure bad. Or is it something else. Oh the 2wd light will flash before it goes solid with the 4wd light

Pulling the fuse will leave it in the mode it was last in.

Uncommanded mode changes could be the TCCM, the mode switch, or the wiring between the two. Need a meter to check it out for sure.

Two lights on at the same time is almost impossible after the initial lamp test time when you turn the ignition on, when they should all flash on for a second.
