Maybe more some insights can be had by looking over this Dude's Shoulder while he Works on the P1810 Diagnostics and Hands On Repair (Stay until the Ending...):

*IF* The Harness is SHORTED and you are looking for an OEM ACDelco Replacement...Refer to THESE Images and Link to Amazon (and perhaps use the numbers at RockAuto for Price Comparison):

Also... Visit AutoZone and request that they STRESS TEST Your Battery and check the Alternator Rectifier Circuit. Fluctuations in Electrical Power and Charging can cause problems with Solenoid Activation inside of the 4L60E Transmission... affecting Fluid Delivery via correct Open-Close Solenoid Valve Timing as needed causing Sketchy Shifts or Shift Drop Outs. If it comes down to cases... Replacement of the Alternator might become necessary.

ATSG 4L60E Diagnostic Code Manual PDF Attached Below (Courtesy @Mooseman) See Page 78 for Information about YOUR Codes:

DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK ALL ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION GROUNDS:

That Round 20 Pin Connector that the VOP (Video Original Poster) refers to and shown above can get Very Sketchy if Transmission Fluid Leaks into it from below in through the Base Connector married to the Wiring coming from the Internal 4L60E Harness.

Remove the Upper "SQUEEZE" portion as shown in the Imaged Hand above...and then Spray Out the Connector(s) on Both Sides with CRC QD (Quick Drying) Electrical Solvent ....Allow them to thoroughly Dry...Re-Connect Both and then Clear The Codes before taking the SUV for a Test Drive.

Even though it's in your profile, it helps to post vehicle info.

@mrrsm 's advice is sound. I'd first look for a bad connection and then dive into the insides as per the video.

Have you had some exceptionally hard shifts from 1-2nd gear. Most often in mornings when your trans is still cold? n When was the last time you had your fluid and filter changed out. Did you have any shavings bits, and did you do just a pan and filter drop with equal fluid, or did someone do the terror of terrors and do a flush?

Sounds like its cold start fluid issue. Mornings you would see increased pressure before your trans fluid hits that 145 sweet spot. could be a bit thick. is your tranny a rebuild or original?
