My buddies starter turns out to be OK. Starting is intermittant. Sometimes just won't turn over at all. Jiggle switch and sometimes it will start. New neutral safety switch was replaced. Same problem so we're thinking ignition switch.
Does this require the steering wheel/air bag need to be removed or just access under the column panels? Thanks for any input. c good
